What this course covers

Most execution problems are design problems. This course shows how to see your organisation as one design, using the Business Execution Canvas®: six foundations and five pillars, from understanding customers to adapting as they change.

Every lesson uses Harbourline Services, a fictional IT company of 250 people, as the worked example, and ends with an exercise in one of the free Structured Collaboration tools. By the end you will be able to read a Business Execution Canvas Diagnostic report and decide where your own organisation should start.
